re: Stupid ways to get fired? Got any good stories?

Was at work when a dude tried to stab another employee. This was a busy retail store in a strip mall. All right by the entrance/exit.

Had a manager in the same store come in for his shift only to be run into and punched by some thieves exiting the building. I think the big wigs had it out for him, he didnt even know what was going on but they fired him for trying to stop the thieves.
