Have you listened to Peter Attia? I especially like when he's on Huberman Lab. He has a family history of early heart attacks and really gets into what markers you should be looking for and what meds you may want to look at.

Loved that podcast. My understanding that ApoB is the real indicator yet no one tests for that routinely. In my next physical I’m asking for that test.
