Circumcision = mutilation. You are using a medical procedure to permanatly alter a body part.
Now, just becuase you think it's different, doesn't mean it is.
Hopefully, if such a law was passed, such a law would be written better than the poster did. But given this is louisiana, they would probably screw it up.
I agree with you and the poster that common sense should prevail, but when has common sense and LA law ever been the same thing?
