The poster I was responding to proposed a law. This is what happens when laws are passed without thinking about the ramifications.
Of course there should be such an exception.

The poster proposed a law outlawing mutilation and sterilization. No rational, intelligent person considers circumcisions to be either of those things.
The fact that you do proves you are not a rational or intelligent person.
The fact that you continue to try to equivocate circumcision with chopping off an 8 year old’s penis proves you’re exactly the kind of freak this new law is targeting. No wonder you’re melting so hard about it.
