On top of the surface lease, I feel like you should get a royalty on the power generated from your land. Similar to O&G royalties.

That used to be a thing but they've gotten away from the PPA profit share model. My wife has a wind farm thats locked in to the old setup and it's pretty sweet. All the new deals (wind, solar, bitcoin, storage) are just straight up surface leases now.
