Exactly because cruises are not a one size fits all. Carnival in the Caribbean? Pretty damned trashy. A Viking River cruise in Europe? FIrst class treatment and there are no extra costs. All food, drink and excursions are included and it's a crowd that can afford a luxurious trip.
