Ford with the 5.0 or RAM 5.7...
After riding in the RAM ecently I'd give it the edge over the Ford if I had to buy one today.

Which doesn't make a damn bit of sense. They finally got the things into a drivable useful truck.
I guess if you put out underwhelming stuff for 10 years no one even looks at it when it is finally good
