Rude... I don't eat junk food. Ever. Or soda, chips, candy... I hit the age where it takes a ton of effort for a tiny result and I don't wanna give up beer, sushi or crawfish. I have an extremely sedentary job and it's too cold to swim in my pool yet. Don't feel safe going to gyms or parks by myself. I need to have my insulin sensitivity reset because I have a very efficient metabolism (my body grabs on to every last calorie and saves it just in case I get stranded in the woods for a week with no provisions.) We can't all be online stuck to our phones all the time and still at HS weight 28 years later. Today I ate 250 calories total so far. 1/3 of a can of black beans with a tbsp of sour cream and a splash of cholula for breakfast. It's after 5pm. I'm not losing any meaningful weight on calorie restriction alone. Anyway, I don't need to justify my reasons for wanting to take semaglutide to anyone except my doctor.

All that to say you want semaglutide for appetite suppression because you can’t control your cravings

No, semaglutide does a lot more than suppress appetite. It resets insulin resistance, and also decreases craving for other things like alcohol and tobacco. Check, check. If I just wanted to suppress appetite, I'd take my unused prescriptions of Adderall and Vyvanse. I don't like how slow they make me feel, and I WELCOME a non-stimulant approach.
