For a college football player, probably. For almost anyone else, that is not skinny, that is called "healthy".

Our country has completely lost sight of what a healthy weight is and looks like. It's unreal.

(There is a small % of exceptions that are heavy and have low body fat that I'm not talking about)

My son and I went on OPTAVIA his senior year.
I did it to help him lose weight.
I went from 235 to 209
Looked like I had the weight lose virus.
People were asking me if I was sick or something.
No thanks, BMI index is bullshite.
