Small town: Hot Springs Village, AR
It’s a gated retirement town. The roads and infrastructure have already been built, property already sold. Houses slowly go up around the vast acreage.
All of the signs are uniform. All streets have Spanish names, many after explorers. Almost zero total crime, very clean, everything meticulously planned, and several great golf courses.

UAE was pure class
Clean, safe felt like I was in the future. Everything was new and teched out Lambos and Ferrari everywhere.
It was very trendy but it was immaculate.
