In all seriousness...
Wrath of Khan is the best overall
First Contact is the best TNG movie
The reboots are fun popcorn movies, but not real Star Trek
Generations and Nemesis are probably the worst

Generations wasn't good, but it was the truest to the tv characters. In FC, Insurrection, and Nemesis 7 years of tv character development gets flushed down the toilet.
