Stupid people need rulers and cannot provide for their own safety.
If we were all at least average, with manners and a sense of responsibility we wouldn't need laws.
We are going to have to be comfortable with dumb people dying, or else the world will be theirs in a few short years. We keep stupid people alive, when natural selection is trying to weed them out.
