I share a boat with 3 others and it works well for us. We all live about 5 hours from the boat and that helps. Nobody dominates the use of the boat so it works well for our group. Last user leaves boat clean and full of gas for next user

We left it clean because cleaning a boat on the way to the hill and at the slip is part and parcel of running a boat offshore....but we filled it up when leaving the hill and returned it with whatever gas was in when we got back...because we didn't want 100 plus gallons of fuel sitting in storage any length of time...plus whoever happened to be using it knew it was full and wasn't relying on a fuel gauge that could be a lying SOB only to be discovered 10 miles from the hill.....
