The posts in this thread only further prove that if it flies, floats, or fricks…….

However camp doesn’t start with f so there lies an area where renting might not be the best solution. I haven’t been in a deer camp in years but have gotten in several pit blinds and have come to find out that if you get in one, you better be friends with them cause there will be some disagreements and have some established rules or else feelings might get ruffled.

I would never own a boat with someone.

Have 3 friends that own a camp where they hunt, they split all expenses(electric, gas, water, etc.) They also have an agreement that every time they stay at the camp they put $5 a night in a jar, same with guests. They use this money toward repairs or whatever they may need for the camp. They have been doing it this way for over 25 years and has had no issues. They even have an aggreement signed on a dollar amount they would have to pay if someone would want to get out.
