Look, I am not an athlete or a physician.
If I was a specimen like Zion, I would have a personal chef, dietitian, a workout schedule down to the nearest 5 minutes. I would train like a million dollars were riding on it.
Keto, low carb, high protein, I would train with Mackey shilstone and have him measuring the vapor pressure of my every breath.
There’s no reason for this guy not to be in peak condition throughout the year. Injuries happen but this guy is no better than Anthony Davis.
