Windy app shows some onshore flow for coastal areas east of Morgan City.

Coastal Flood Alert. 1-3 foot inundation.

This was always a tricky setup and more of a meteorological curiosity vs. a real threat. Models have shifted away from keeping the surface low out over the Gulf and now keep it too close to the coast and move it onshore before there is any threat of it transitioning into a hybrid or tropical system.
