Which is why I disagree with Whitlock's article. His entire premise is "people are afraid to call Reese out because the liberal media will call them racist."

For one, like you said, this isn't divided among political lines. If it were, you'd be seeing a much clearer divide in terms of who's defending who.

Second, no one is shying away from calling what she did classless or disrespectful. Not even in the media.

Third, and this is the biggest thing, a majority of the people who ARE upset with Reese are only saying so because they're using it as a pathway to bash Kim. That's who the media hates. Go check Reddit or Twitter for a true liberal perspective on why this has blown up.


With all that said, it's just trash talk at the end of the day. Clark herself said she didn't care. If you play sports you know that it's part of the game. Why are we turning this into something it's not?
