Yep, that was/is Dr Lou Capazola's runway and house in the 80s/90s. Not sure if it had anything to do with Seal before then.

It’s still labeled cappizzoli airstrip on aviation navigational charts.
Barry Seal lived on Oakbrook Dr. off Perkins between Siegen and Bluebonnet.
