During the Spring Game, I went with my 3 yr old, who I had bought a ticket for. I asked the gate lady and she said that he didn't need a ticket as long as he would sit in your lap the ENTIRE game. I don't know about you, but I don't think I could stand that, or make him do that. So when we went to the Tulane game, I bought him a ticket. He did sit in my lap some, but the extra room for his seat was nice. My advice....buy the ticket.
