Why, because he's an elected politician? Do you realize how many unqualified lawyer and judges are out there? Do you know how many are elected based on their politics and skin color?

There are judges that have no knowledge whatsoever of court precedence, procedure, case history, etc... and drag out trials for days because they have to look up case law on google, and still can't interpret it. WHy? Because they ran unelected, or because they were Democrats, or because their skin color was the same as the majority of their constituents.

DA's, Judges, etc... do not need any legitimate legal knowledge to get in their positions. They are elected bureaucrats. Just like the retards in D.C.
