Ok I’ll watch it. The exhaust gap fit the feeler with a lot of room, and the intake could not fit its measurement. I’ll adjust them. I need to find gaskets for the covers, it seemed there weren’t gaskets from the factory, just an adhesive like substance.

the gaskets are thin as paper, hardly worth the effort to by them, just put a light smear of gasket sealer on them after cleaning both surfaces with carb cleaner sprayed on a rag so its clean, dry, and free of oil residue.

and remember, you are dealing with aluminum so dont tighten the cover bolts super tight, just snug it up finger tight, and then give another 1/4 turn and thats all it needs, i use a 3/8" nut driver to tighten them so i dont overdo it
