I’m a roofer haha. I was actually at there manufacturing facility yesterday. Around that time they changed the amount of squares they put on a pallet. Unknowingly the way they were laid caused your issue. Yes. Call whoever installed and have them call their local rep and tell them it was part of the January ripple issue

Could you elaborate on this please? Why would the number on a pallet cause them to lay it wrong?

I had WW put on my home by PS in November. Do you know if that time frame would have the same issue? I had some raised shingles that sort of looked like ops, though not as bad. I had them come look and they told me heat would lay them down. Still seeing some issue though.
