Started using it about a week ago for Medial Tibial Stress syndrome (lower leg overuse injury; runner) and I've got to say the pain in my leg is virtually non existant now. Not running, but just everyday walking, etc. Where there was pain before, it's gone now. Haven't tried to run on it yet, as I don't want to go backwards, but it's feeling much better.

All of that said, I've been resting from running, so it may have healed to this point without the BPC, but there's no way to know that. I will finish these 2 bottles I have and likely stay on it for injury prevention when I am on big training cycles.

The Tibia is in the lower leg near the shin, but I've been injecting it into the quad. I don't think it's advisable to inject in the calves, so I picked quads as closest.

I tell anyone who will listen about BPC, which is typically no one. People just stare through me. The shite is a miracle cure as far as I am concerned. I do feel like oral dosing is a waste of time unless used for gut health or IBS which people do have tremendous results with. It is said to have a systemic benefit when taken orally but I think it is but a fraction of that of localized injections. I tried tabs first bc I was anxious about pinning.
