re: EV owners are increasingly frustrated with home charging, and it should worry EV makers

It's funny the amount of hate that EVs get on here for political reasons.
All that aside, it currently costs me $4.50 to charge my Tesla at home. My round-trip daily commute is around 75-ish miles, and my total fuel cost is around $36 to $40 per month. Of course, this can vary if we go on trips or have many things going on.
But all in all, I am looking at around $4000 in fuel savings alone since I swapped from my previous vehicle.
