has anybody used chicken gizzards? That would stay on a hook pretty well, no? And I heard to tie chicken livers in a piece of pantyhose to hold it together.

Or just use stretchy string.

fishing thread or dental floss will help keep livers on the hook. Gizzards will work but liver is better in my experience.

We use duck gizzards and hearts off the dock. Stays on hook very well. Works great!
