I think so too. If the 9th circuit denies the PI today, they'll probably close the deal on Monday. If they don't rule at all today, they'll probably close tomorrow.

The Ninth Circuit has, rightly, denied the FTC's appeal. I'm betting the deal closes on Monday, but wouldn't be shocked if MS/ABK pull the trigger tomorrow.

ETA: I still think it will be Monday to give more time for MS/ABK to come to an agreement with the CMA. I believe it will close by Tuesday no matter what the CMA does.
