You're probably right, but I don't know who wanted a pic of Trump in handcuffs more - Trump or Bragg?
Bragg thought that Trump in handcuffs would get him a top-tier Biden admin role or a top-tier bench seat.
Trump though handcuffs on weak charges was a great show of how much the far left was willing to go to silence him, which bumps donations and polls.
