We only know about the possibility of an arrest bc it came from Trump….so maybe Trump lied so he can continue his grift to the OnlyTrump ppl- that seems plausible

If the DA KNOWS he's NOT going to arrest him, why's there still a pending criminal matter?

Then why did Bragg bring the case to the Grand Jury?

There's an even simpler explanation (but please don't come any closer): Bragg's plan was to damage Trump, but once he realized that he could never get a conviction he was at least smart enough to recognize that an acquittal would greatly strengthening Trump's standing with voters.
