If she's not a straight-up serial killer at this point, she certainly has those vibes — withheld medication from the elderly patient (who then dies and is later cremated along with Adam's head), kidnapped and purposefully killed Jessica the "reporter," inadvertently killed both Misty and Natalie.
Also amputated a dude's leg, destroyed the emergency locator transmitter, poisoned tea (which she attempted twice), disabled Natalie's car, and placed a hidden camera in her room.
Not to mention all the shady "citizen detective' stuff.
