Because frick you, that’s why. I did the work to buy the meat. I did the work to prepare the meat. At the end of the day, the smoker is doing the work of cooking the food. If I want to sleep more than I want to stay up all night to babysit a fire, I’m finding it difficult to understand why it effects you purists so much that you feel the need to shite on others for not wanting to do that.
But hey, I’m sure your brisket or Boston butt is world fricking class.

Well, you keep harping on this specific feature. I think this is why most are giving you grief. You keep peddling this like its some groundbreaking new technology and youre doubling down on it. Sure it might be new to Kamodo, but being able to monitor and control your fire from a distance is nothing new and that seems to be your key selling point.
