Do people really believe this?

I thought it was common knowledge. Chapek made the statement that Disney would get away from political commentary and in the wake of the battle with Florida that lead to internal fights leading to his ouster.

The people who believe that Iger, who started the political posturing, was being brought back to undo that is what doesn't make sense.

I don't know about all that, but if folks didn't like Chapek, they're aren't going to like Iger 2.0. Disney is in a death spiral and they're in denial of why, so there is no reasonable expectation that it even can be fixed, much less the guys there now will fix it.
