TWFG insurance in Louisiana

Does anyone know if this is one of the companies that pulled out of the state? I have been trying for a month now to get in touch with my agent to no avail.

No, they are still here.

No, they are an agent, not a carrier. It is a franchise of agencies that work under an umbrella. There are plenty carriers that they have contracts with that went under or pulled out.

Then why the hell is my agent not calling me back? And another generic number I have for TWFG(googling it) is not in operation????

I know someone who went through the same issue with a TWFG agent in Algiers / New Orleans.
Try stopping by their physical office to see if anyone is there.
