Marriott Resort Grand Cayman

Looking to make a quick 3 day trip in the next month from Houston to somewhere warm. Are the strict COVID rules / regulations completely gone? I recall it was very restrictive there even after most other islands and countries were removing COVID protocol.
We've been to Grand Cayman several times, the last one being in 2019.

There are no more covid restrictions. I am also looking into a quick trip down. We honeymooned there and I think a surprise trip could be fun.

Changed the topic and bumping. Anyone visited the Marriott resort on 7 mile beach? We usually stay at the Westin (using points) but prices there are astronomical. Marriott seems to be a little more reasonable.
