Oregon is clustered together pretty well. Lots of cool places within 2 hours of Portland. Cannon Beach to the west. Willamette valley just south. Hood River and Mt Hood to the east.
We went to the Scotch House in downtown Portland the night before flying home. Pretty cool hidden little place. I had some duck pasta dish that was incredible. Their scotch and whiskey menu is as good as it gets. I had 2 Islay scotch drinks when we sat down and pre-dinner. I later had Pappys and some tasty Japanese whiskey before we left. Great place to visit.
