I would argue they both impact the other. I am not happy with the teams performance at all, but both are issues that need to be discussed.
A bad facility will hurt recruiting and will lead to a bad product and team. A good facility can help upgrade the team and improve the product. Both being bad will essentially make the situation worse over years.
Honestly this years performance is alarming. Bad product equals bad ticket sales and concessions, which leads to less money for facility and NIL, which worst performance, and on and on. I never would’ve thought our Women’s team could sell out the PMAC, but they did, which will lead to more expensive tickets and more profit.
