re: Has anyone else noticed a massive increase in sobriety "content" over the past year or so?

I took a year off of alcohol in 2022. I just needed to so I could reset. That being said, I told nobody. Not my family or friends, I just did it, and nobody said a word.
I think with covid stress, and working from home, a lot of people slipped into a new comfort level with things that are more reserved for time away from responsibility. I think some realized that, and that's why a lot of people are getting back to better routines for themselves.
