All it will have is I-20 traffic, the side road Tarbutton or whatnot is spare.
There's a Jr High on it but once school is out there's probably 2-3 cars every 15-20 minutes. Trailer park and a liquor store.

How was that new overpass not built for 2 lanes of traffic in each direction?
