Yes, my son is type 1 and is in college out of state, and has had to use WM a few times when he ran out with no approved refills on weekends. Several states have passed “Kevin’s Law” which allow for a refill with no prescription. Sad story, guy was Type 1 and died over New Years as his Dr’s office was closed and he nor the pharmacy couldn’t get authorization for an insulin refill.
