My son and I are going to watch the Tigers in Columbia. We're seated in the outfield. Any suggestions for getting an autograph at an away game?
When they are getting off the bus at the stadium or getting on it to leave.

Awesome! I am going to the game Sunday (my first game ever) and am so excited to be there and watch Dylan Crews in action. Do you have suggestions on how I would go about getting a picture with him (and Tre’ Morgan, Gavin Dugas, and Paul Skenes)? I might not have anything to autograph as I can’t take my son to the game, but definitely want a picture with Crews before the season is over and he gets drafted. Just not sure how everything goes since I have never been to a game and don’t want to miss out on the opportunity in case I can’t get tickets for an upcoming game! Thanks!

I know this post is old... but I've brought my 3 young kids to around 6 games lately with their attempt to get all autographs on their baseballs (and my little girl wants her hat signed), and the 1st base line and outside gate 2 only produced Tommy White once and the rest of the players are our "supporting role" players, and not the top players like Skenes, Crews, Floyd, Thompson, Dugas, etc. If there is a new location or way to get their baseballs completed, please let me know. They are just now getting excited about baseball, to my surprise, and I don't want them to lose that passion. Please email me at jrhebert76@gmail.com (<- changed my email, other one wasn't working) with any tips.

If you find out, please let me know. I'm sick of bringing 3 kids 2 hours early, and sometimes being the last car in the parking lot after the game on school nights, only to have disappointed kids after being in the wrong spot at the wrong time, I guess. Thanks in advance...

I have gotten every autograph I wanted down the 1st base line after the game. Closer to the dugout is better

It's not the same these days. We've tried that....

I have had some success getting my grandson some autographs before the game on 1st base line.
Arrive early, Got Skenes on day after he pitched.
Morgan, catchers and pitchers are easy.
Have not seen Crews sign before a game when we were there.

I hope Tommy and Tre actually play... Tre always signs and Tommy gets PUMPED after a win and signs. Crews and Skenes... Maybe Skenes, but never have I seen it. I'll tell my son... "You can be a creep and wait between the stadium and their cars after the game, but is it really worth your dignity?" I'll see what he says. Hope he says no.
I used to sit ON (the seats immediately behind) the visitors dugout and would just throw a ball down there for SEC games and the entire team would sign it every single time I asked, when my kids were there. I sold them, if at all possible, or used them for practice with the kids if I couldn't.

Can you really get anything signed??
My first son was born on 6/22/23 and with LSU’s magical run in the College World Series, we called him our good luck charm. I said if LSU won the championship, I would buy the Advocate poster and find a way for the coach and/or players to sign it. I already bought the poster, just need to get it signed someway. As a child, I was gifted a framed copy of the Advocate for the 1996 championship signed by Skip Bertman and Warren Morris. It is my most cherished LSU memorabilia, so I wanted to do the same for my son! I would greatly appreciate you helping me in any way you can.
