This.
And Cooper went from earning $3mill a year to $14mill($20mill the following 2 years). Take away the signing bonus and the Cowboys paid him more his first year than he made with the Raiders combined.

Coopers pick turned into Johnathan Abrams
Macks turned into Damon Arnette and Jacobs.
Carr also had a no-trade clause in his contract.
