the video contradicts the statement of facts that were the basis of the plea, that YOU posted.

He is clearly guilty of trespassing. But that isn’t what he pled to or was sentenced for, is it? The video is clearly exculpatory and you don’t care because of politics. Disgusting.

Spare us your faux indignation. You KNOW the video is exculpatory. That’s why you keep referring to the trespass, which is a completely different crime.

Question re the trespassing charge. If the police didn’t tell him to leave (which they clearly didn’t considering they escort him everywhere), was it actually trespassing considering the Capitol was generally open to the public?
