You clearly dont understand the cancer that is section 8.

Section 8 allows residents to move in AT MARKET RATE. HUD pays a certain amount based on their income and the resident pays the rest.

Instead of paying $1600 for a 2 BR, they may only have to come up with $400.

Section 8/HUD doesnt require that the landlord take less, necessarily.

Apartments are going up all over Katy Texas so unfortunately Katy is doomed

I'm not arguing with you, I'm telling you. Feel free to call them and ask them if they accept section 8 vouchers, but you probably won't because then you'd know you are wrong.
