That's what I'm talking about.

Demand that ALL new construction be A) big lots B) big houses C) not increase flooding to surrounding homes.

Create a fund to start buying up Central Woods properties and start ripping them out and replacing with homes that meet standards mentioned above. Stop being defeatest about it.

That's what you can do.

Tanglewood, Carmel Acres, Monheghan etc down Hooper are all kinda suspect at this point. That will continue moving down Hooper. You're probably good for 5-10 years but 20? Outlook not so favorable
