Yes, highest 4-lap average MPH.
We're starting with the bump qualifying. Only 33 spots in the race, but there are 34 entrants. They kept the last row of the grid (P31 to P33) open after Saturday, so four cars have to qualify now for the last three spots. I think these guys will be allowed up to two attempts.
It just so happens that three of the four cars is Team Rahal.
