You would be surprised what C & D student at a private school will get out of it. Even just the average kids. Kids who seek an education can get it in both the private and public systems. I believe the average kids can easily get lost in the public school system and that’s not the case at private schools. You are forced to learn in private schools. They really are “college prep” and they also give your kids a solid foundation for success in life. It also has a lot to do with where you live. Growing up in NOLA there wasn’t really any other options at the time. It’s a huge sacrifice for some parents but in my opinion it’s worth it if you can swing it. And private school is definitely not a bunch of rich kids.
