Yes they did I know the company that did it. Gas got in the damaged sewer and backed up in the building resulting in a big boom. Out of everything you could possibly hit gas and power are the scariest cause it can kill you. Water can cause more damage than you can imagine. Completely washing out roads, flooding houses etc. Communications is usually just expensive. And sewer is obviously just shitty. If someone is digging or drilling in your yard and a sinkhole suddenly appears after they leave it’s most likely dirt going down the busted sewer.
