Longshot, but if Georgia beats SC this morning and WBB wins at PMAC tonight, an SEC ‘ship is coming to BR.

Go Dawgs?

SC beat us, so now you want to go “ole miss” in 2003 and claim an SEC title? No need KMM will win plenty of them, likely next year as SC loses top 6 and 7 of top 10 players.

It would be a legitimate title. Don’t agree with the “share” but that’s how it work if teams have same record

Wouldn't that be the equivalent to Ole Miss's 2003 SEC West Co-Championship banner?

In SEC basketball, championship trophys are awarded by record. If LSU and Carolina were BOTH 15-1, both schools would get a trophy awarded that says SEC Champions.

In 99-2000, SECMBB had FOUR teams (with same record) that got that SEC Champions trophy (LSU was one of them!)

Ties are only broken by head-to-head for seeding in the SEC Ty.

In SEC football, whoever wins the SECCG gets the single trophy. Division championships are kinda mythical as each team just wants to advance to the SECCG.
