Watching this team take pitches all day with a zone that was, we’ll call it subpar. Didn’t seem like "fireman rushing in". Very conservative. Surely this will be proven to be the exception and not the rule. Sam Houston better buckle up tomorrow.

Maybe this is just my myopic view from watching mostly LSU over the last several seasons but it does seem like we strike out looking an absurd amount. If we’re gonna punch out this often I’d at least like to see us go down showing some aggression up there

They shut out Iowa and held them to three hits.
If anything, I think their confidence just went up.

I get it, just hoping there is a change of attack and it come together. If it does, it could be a very long day for whomever we play

I haven’t seen players take pitches like that since Skip Bertman was the coach
