I've deposed over the years probably 50 or 60 that either killed or maimed someone.
A few of my favorites: one was legally blind according to the State of Miss but had a valid CDL. He killed a 16 year old girl on I20 outside of Monroe;
One had a documented history of seizures and also had a valid CDL. In fact he had a seizure during his deposition. He killed a young mother and her brother on I49 at the Mansfield exit.
If people had any idea who was driving these rigs they wouldnt get on the interstate.

English is not the primary language of the vast majority of truck drivers in this country. They follow the GPS to their destination. It’s scary.

Most people with CDLs are borderline retarded.
