For every 50 people have normal medical expenses, there's that one that goes in the hospital and racks up millions.

It's insurance, not a buyers club. Worst still, it's not underwritten. Thank Obamacare for that. You know how you get a unique quote for your car that includes your age, driving history, etc? Imagine if it was mandated that it be the same for everyone..that's what happened with Obamacare.
